Zallyy aggregates and displays publicly available information about UGC creators, including niche, location, follower counts, and social media handles, to help brands discover and connect with creators. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any creator listing, and inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement or partnership between Zallyy and the listed creator. Any badges or verification statuses shown reflect checks performed by Zallyy at the time of listing and may not reflect a creator's current status. If you are a creator and wish to update, correct, or remove your listing, please contact us using the details in Section 8.
5. Disclaimer
The information provided on Zallyy is for general informational purposes only. All information on the Site is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site, including any creator listing. Zallyy is not responsible for the conduct, content, quality, or deliverables of any creator listed on the Site, and any collaboration or agreement entered into with a creator is solely between you and that creator.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use this website, or arising out of any collaboration, transaction, or dispute between you and any creator listed on the Site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Our company and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
