Support & Requests
Choose the subject line clearly: Profile issue, Partnership, Creator listing, or Removal request. This helps route your message faster.
- Profile corrections: include the creator's name or Instagram handle and a description of what's inaccurate.
- Partnerships: briefly describe your organization and how you'd like to work together.
- Creator listings: include your name, social handle(s), niche, and follower count if you'd like to be added to the directory.
Office & Hours
We primarily operate virtually, but we're located in India. Our support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 IST.
How to Prepare Your Message
To help us respond effectively, include the following when relevant:
- The creator's name, Instagram handle, or profile link.
- What you'd like changed, added, or removed.
- For brands: your niche or campaign focus, so we can point you toward relevant creators.
Privacy & Attachments
You can attach non-sensitive images or files. Do not send private credentials. We treat submitted information as support data and will not share personal information without permission.
Response time: We aim to reply within 24–48 hours on business days. Urgent requests may take longer depending on details.
